It´s been very cold lately in Mexico city, so today I want to share with you a special post. It´s a mini guide to stay fashionable and warm with cold weather. Is perfect for everyone who will travel this winter to cold cities.
Anyone who lives in cold cities, knows winter is no joke! It is not to be taken lightly. With cold days dressing warmly is of up-most importance.
You can stay very fashionable while still being very warm. Remember, when it comes winter more is more! Here are a few tips to keep in mind when you are shopping around for your winter wardrobe.
Últimamente en la ciudad de México está haciendo mucho frío, por eso hoy quise compartir con ustedes un post especial. Es una mini guía para mantenernos calientitas pero con estilo y que el clima frío no sea un impedimento para no vernos bien. Ésta guía también es perfecta para aquellos quienes viajan a lugares fríos y quieren verse bien.
Cualquiera que vive en clima frio sabe que con el invierno no de juega, no se debe de tomar a la ligera. Con el clima frío es de gran importancia mantenerse con el cuerpo caliente todo el tiempo.
¡Uno puede estar bien vestido y estar caliente al mismo tiempo! Recuerden, cuando el invierno está aquí más es más. Tomen nota :)

The perfect cherry atop a winter look is a great hat or beanie. It also covers up bed head, which is a bonus.
La cereza del pastel para un look de invierno es sin duda un gorro o gorrito tejido. Además de verse chic te cubre la cabeza del aire frío.

BIG tip: Buy lots of gloves. Yours hands and ears are the most important part of your body to cover, so cover it stylishly.
Gran tip: Compra varios guantes. Tus manos y orejas son de las partes más importantes del cuerpo que deben ser tapadas para mantenerte caliente.

6. Buy a statement coat and accessorize it!

The key to being happy all winter is to invest in one statement coat per winter season. Go for really bold colors, patterns or fur.
For a different touch to your look don´t forget to add a necklace, some bracelets and especially a belt over your coat. Really cinch up your waist.
La clave para ser feliz durante el invierno es invertir en un abrigo que no sea aburrido, es decir algo llamativo, con color y que sea el principal durante el invierno. Para hacer tu look divertido piensa en colores, estampados y algo de fur.
No te olvides de añadirle algún collar grande o cinturón, te hará realzar la figura :)
7. Layers layers layers and more layers
7.- Capas, Capas y más capas.
Throw everything on. An undershirt, a blouse, a sweater, a jacket, and then a coat. More is more! As long as it all semi matches you will look very fashionable.
Dig into your closet, you cannot go wrong here.
Ponte todo encima. Una camiseta, una blusa, un suéter, una chaqueta y después un abrigo. Más es más! Y si usas las capas con estampado te verás mucho más chic.
Buscaen tu clóset, no puedes estar mal ahí.
8. Buy lots of great chunky colorful sweaters.
8.- Copra muchos suéter en todos los colores.
Think embellishments, funky patterns, bright colors. All those things are great ways to turn up a neutral outfit and jazz up your winter looks.
Piensa en colores brilantes, divertidos estampados y en suéteres con adornos. Son una buena manera de darle un giro a tu look de invierno.
