Hey guys! I'm bringing you an outfit inspiration for the upcoming predictably- unpredictable spring weather that is almost upon us. Trench coat is perfect for many reasons especially during this time of the year; They keep you warm plus they are one of your best defense against whatever weather throws at you along with super stylish points wherever you stroll along. But the key piece of my outfit is definitely my new 1969 resolution jeans from Gap, the high waisted shape are so comfortable and perfect for the upcoming spring days. I have many ideas to paired them!

Also In this case, I chose my pair of sneakers to complete this look.

¡Hola chicos! Les traigo un outfit con inspiración para el próximo predecible-impredecible clima de primavera que está a punto de llegar. Un trench coat es perfecto por muchas razones especialmente durante esta época del año; te mantiene caliente y es una muy buena defensa cuando el clima cambia, además te da puntos porque a donde quiera que vayas te verás muy chic.

Pero la pieza clave de mi look con mis nuevos "1969 resolution jeans" de Gap, amo el aire retro que tienen y el corte alto a la cintura hacen que sean demasiado cómodos y perfectos para la próxima temporada de primavera. ¡Ya tengo miles de ideas para combinarlos!

En este caso, también llevo zapatos deportivos o tenis para complementar mi cómodo look :)

Ahh se me olvidaba, no se olviden de llevar confianza en cada uno de sus looks, esto es lo más importante ;)

The secret of making an outfit interesting is  mixing different textures, like in this case, leather, cotton and my gray mesh skirt. I bought it some weeks ago in sales and I really like it.

This is another outfit with one of my endless combinations: Black and gray, I can´t get enought of this mix. Love it! :) Hope you all are having an awesome week!

El secreto para hacer un outfit más interesante es combinar las texturas como en este caso con cuero, algodón y mi falda gris "mesh". La compré hace algunas semanas en rebajas y me gusta mucho porque añado algo diferente a mi armario y el color es ideal. Esta es otra de mis combinaciones interminables: negro y gris. Nunca tengo suficiente de esta combinación. ¡Me encanta! :)

A few days ago I was walking around Santa Fe when I spotted the Aristocrazy store and thought I had to write a post about this amazing firm. I just love it!

Hace algunos días iba caminando por Santa Fe y me encontré con la tienda Aristocrazy, inmediatamente pensé que tenía que escribir un post acerca de esta increíble firma que tanto me gusta y compartir con ustedes algunas fotos. Simplemente me encanta!

Estoy segura que muchas de ustedes ya conocen esta marca española de joyas, pero si no, se las presento hoy en este post :)

Piel de 10: exfoliación casera de rodillas y codos

Esta zona de tu piel requiere de cuidados muy especiales. Entérate cómo puedes hacer que luzca suave y limpia.

La piel es el órgano más grande de nuestro cuerpo y para adaptarse a determinadas actividades ha desarrollado una complejidad asombrosa. En el caso de los codos y las rodillas, zonas que requieren una gran flexibilidad, las glándulas sebáceas son más escasas, lo cual provoca que estén más expuestas a la resequedad. Si pasa mucho tiempo sin ser atendida con la limpieza y humectación que requiere, esta piel tiende a oscurecerse.

Como cuidado preventivo, en la ducha talla codos y rodillas con un estropajo, preferentemente de fibras naturales para eliminar las células muertas y suciedad. Aplica todos los días crema corporal a codos y rodillas. Si tu piel tiende a la resequedad, busca cremas especiales a base de aceites humectantes, como karité o coco.

Es conveniente hacer una o dos veces por semana una exfoliación en codos y rodillas; mezcla una cucharada de aguacate, otra de sal marina, y otra de aceite de almendras, masajea de forma circular. Esta mascarilla, al tiempo que hidrata y nutre con aceites naturales, retira impurezas. Si tus codos y rodillas ya cuentan con demasiadas células muertas, que incluso han llegado a oscurecerlas o a darles una apariencia blanquizca, puedes utilizar una piedra pómez: remoja con agua tibia la zona hasta que la piel se sienta suave, retira con una toalla el exceso de agua, usa la piedra con movimientos circulares y suaves, cerciórate de no tallar demasiado porque podrías irritar y lastimar de sobremanera; utilízala únicamente una vez cada dos semanas.

Para blanquear la zona, el limón es una excelente opción natural: usa el jugo de 4 limones y una cucharada de azúcar, ponlo sobre la zona manchada y déjala actuar por 30 minutos. Evita exponerte al sol después de usar esta mezcla.

También puedes aplicar aceite de coco con limón en la zona oscurecida, esto hidratará y blanqueará al mismo tiempo. Es recomendable aplicarlo dos veces por semana para mejores resultados. Mezcla media cucharadita de limón con una de aceite de coco y aplica en las manchas; deja actuar entre 15 y 20 minutos sin exponer esta zona al sol.

Happy monday babes! How are you?

My obsession for the bows go on! This time I´m wearing a black bow with a black silk blouse. 

It´s not my intention but this look has an edgy touch that I really like it :)

My total black outfit is paired with the military green jacket and my "Hello and Goodbye" clutch.

I have many plans for this week, so excited fot the next coming months! Meanwhile today we have a special shooting with an amazing jewelry brand, you will see it very soon ;)

Mi obsesión por los moños continúa y se hace más fuerte, jaja

Esta vez estoy llevando un moño negro con una camisa de seda negra también, no fue mi intención pero por la combinación de texturas creo que el look tiene un  toque edgy, me gusta!

Mi look total en negro está combinado con el blazer en verde militar y mi clutch "Hello and Goodbye" de Karen Walker.

NYFW Last day.

These are the last pics about NYC. It´s true that we stayed in this city more days but we can´t take pics everyday.

We really enjoy our stay in the beautiful "Hilton Garden Inn Times Square", as I said in a previous post (here) I´m a member of Club Premier, so for that reason I always found the perfect hotel in all my trips.

Last week we went to the showroom of Coach in NYC, I need to confess there are a lot of things that I love.  Coach's fall 2015 collection is chock full of cozy coats, amazing boots and gorgeous bags.

Hoy sólo quiero mostrarles algunas fotos que sacamos la semana pasada en el showroom de Coach en NYC. Conocí la nueva colección otoño 2015 y debo decir que hay muchas piezas que me encantan. La nueva colección de Coach está llena de abrigos gordos y calientes, botas increíbles y bellos bolsos. Entre mis favoritos están  abrigo que me estoy probando, las botas calientitas y forradas por dentro y los bolsos con frases :)

NYFW Day 4

Total look: Forever 21

This is the outfit that I wore when I went to see the fashion show of Custo Barcelona and later for a meeting. There's so much to do in NYC that I refused to stay at the fashion tents all day, so we decided to explore the city. Talking about my look; I´m wearing a Forever 21 total look and it´s all about layering and layering. Underneath my fur coat I'm wearing a white blouse and also a comfy sweater; underneath my pants I also had tights! Definitely my outfit is ideal for the cold weather!

Right now I´m warm and cozy at my home but I have already miss NYC, no matter the freezing weather I always want to return!!!

Este es el outfit que usé cuando fuimos a ver el show de Custo Barcelona y después a una reunión. La verdad es que hay mucho que ver en esta ciudad y yo me rehúso a pasarme todo el día encerrada viendo moda, así que decidimos ir a explorar la ciudad y al ir de compras un poco. Para mi total look de Forever 21 elegí algo con capas y capas, abajo llevo una camiseta térmica, una blusa blanca, encima un suéter y luego este abrigo de pelos, y debajo de mis pantalones llevo medias. Mi outfit definitivamente fue ideal para el clima frío.  

Ahora mismo ya estoy calientita y cómoda escribiéndoles desde mi casa, pero ya extraño NYC, no importa el clima ni la locura de esa ciudad, siempre voy a querer regresar.

NYFW Day 3

Hello from the freezing NYC! During the second day we went early morning to meet the Coach showroom and heartquarters. The new fall 2015 collection of Coach is gorgeous. I love all the cozy coats and boots with a rock style touch. Also I saw many pretty bags, definitely are totally my style :) Later we went to take special street style shooting with a friend ( I will show you the collaboration soon ;) ).

The day was so cold and snowy, it was one of the most cold days in my life,  OHH…  and it was Valentine´s day too, so we finished the day in a romantic restaurant in Little Italy <3

Hola desde el congelado Nueva York! Durante nuestro segundo día nos fuimos muy temprano a conocer el showroom de Coach y el corporativo. La nueva colección de otoño 2015 está increíble. Amé muchos de los abrigos calientes y las botas especiales que vienen  para la temporada de frío, lo que más me gustó es el aire rockero de cada una de las piezas. También ví muchos bolsos que definitivamente son mi estilo :) -ya me ví- jaja

Saliendo de ahí, nos fuimos a tomar unas fotos de street style con un amigo que es fotógrafo y que vive acá (pronto de las enseñaré)

El día fue demasiado frío y cayó mucha nieve, en serio fue uno de los días más frios que he sentido en mi vida. Awww y se me olvidaba decirles que era el día de Sn Valentín, así que Guillermo y yo terminamos nuestro día en Little Italy cenando en un bello  y romántico restaurante <3

I´m so happy to be in NYFW, this city is amazing but it´s F*#k freezing here! The cold weather it too much for me :(

Today´s look is about what I wore in the second day. We woke up early morning for  breakfast with my cousin and then we went to see the fall- winter Kate Spade collection near Meatpacking District.  Later we went for lunch to Chelsea Market, is a "must" in this city. We finished our day in an amazing party.

De verdad que estoy muy contenta de estar en la semana de la moda en Nueva York, pero no puedo con el frío, ¡es demasiado! :(

El look que les muestro hoy es del segundo día. Nos levantamos temprano y fuimos a desayunar con una prima que vive aquí, después fuimos a la presentación de Kate Spade en Meatpacking district, saliendo fuimos a comer a Chelsea Market -que por cierto es un must en esta ciudad- y por la noche terminamos nuestro día en una fiesta. Me encanta la vibra que se respira en esta ciudad y más en esta semana :)

We arrived to the hotel "The Row" in the middletown near Times Square. We love the location, the comfort, the design and the staff.!! <3

¡Hola a todo el mundo! Finalmente les muestro las primeras fotos que tomamos en la ciudad de Nueva York. El primer día nos levantamos un poco tarde (por la desvelada del vuelo) y después fuimos a algunas citas y a hacer algunas compras a Soho antes de que diera inicio NYFW.

Llegamos a nuestro hotel "The Row" que se encuentra ubicando en middletown cerca de Times Square. Amamos la ubicación (nos queda cerca todo), también amamos el confort, el diseño del hotel y la gente que nos atendió. Todo fue perfecto :)

Airport style!

Total look: Forever 21 (excepto tenis)

As you have seen before, when I travel I love to wear comfy clothes.

It’s true that I usually don´t share with you these type of pics, but today I will make an exception and I’ll show you my "airport style" :)

This time I wear a total denim look from Forever21.  I chose a comfy pair of sneakers and also I carry on my personal accessories like headphones, book, warm coat, etc.

Como ya han visto en mis redes sociales antes, cuando viajo siempre amo usar ropa cómoda que me permita sentirme bien durante el vuelo, antes y después de él. Es verdad que normalmente no suelo subir este tipo de fotos, pero siempre me gusta variar y mostrarles todos los lados de mi día a día :)

Esta vez estoy usando un total look de Forever21, llevo denim sobre denim de la colección Early Spring. También llevo tenis y llevo mis accesorios favoritos para hacer más fácil mi viaje: Un libro, un abrigo cómodo y mis audífonos para escuchar música.

Un post rápido porque hoy tengo un día realmente ocupado, ahorita mismo estoy empacando y viendo los últimos detalles para la semana de la moda en Nueva York. Guillermo y yo volamos mañana a las 6 de la mañana, que emoción!

White bow

I know I know, women wearing bow ties have been around for a while but it’s a look that I continue to recycle when I want to feel a bit edgy. I wore bow ties in many ocassions before but this is the first time when I wear a white bow tie, I love this color <3

If you want this style, go to your local market for a ribbon instead of buying a bow tie and you’ll save some money! Also I bought ribbons in red, purple and olive green to step away from monochrome and inject some color.

Tip! Buy textured ribbons to avoid having to re-tie the bow as the silky ones tend to slip out of their knots.

Ya sé, ya sé que las mujeres han estado usando moños/corbatas desde hace mucho y que parezco obsesionada con ellos, ja! pero es que es un estilo que lo sigo reciclando cuando le quiero añadir un toque "edgy a mis looks". He usado moños como corbatín en muchas ocasiones antes (ustedes deben de saberlo bien) pero esta es la primera vez que llevo un moño en color blanco. También me encanta como se ven en este color! <3

Si tu también quieres llevar este estilo corre a la mercería más cercana por un listón y hazlo como moño tu misma, te aseguro que te ahorrarás un poco de dinero al usarlo sobre una camisa que ya tenías antes. Además de negro y blanco también compré en colores como rojo, morado y verde olivo para inyectarle un poco de color a mis outfits ;)

TIP! compra listones con texturas porque los que son de seda o de esa tela muy suavecita a veces se resbalan mucho.

This outfit is perfect for a relax Sunday. Nothing complicated!

Yay! It´s saturday. Indeed is my favorite day of the week. ^^ Guillermo and I usually go for lunch to a different places, we enjoy discovering new restaurants, today we are going to eat japanese food (my favorite) in a new restaurant.

Today´s outfit of the day is about camel, I´m wearing a monochromatic camel look with a pop of color inside my bag :) Also I´m wearing my new military green Zara shoes, I bought them on sales... love them!

Es Sábado! hurra! es mi día favorito de la semana. Usualmente los sábados Guillermo y yo vamos a comer a diferentes restaurantes, nos encanta descubrir nuevos lugares para comer, por ejemplo hoy vamos a un lugar de comida japonesa (mi favorita) a un nuevo lugar que nos recomendaron en Sn Angel.
El look de hoy es acerca del color camel, llevo un look monocromático en este colo con un toque de color neon por dentro del bolso. También llevo mi nuevo par de zapatos en color verde miliar que compré en las rebajas de Zara en un precio de risa, me encantan! ^^

If you've been reading me for a while, you know that cute bows are my thing right now. This striped blouse is the newest addition to my collection and I couldn't wait to style it with a semi-elegant look, perfect for a busy day: high waisted skirt, boots and a classic black&white cardigan. Also I´m wearing my  little cute bag from Elie Saab. The final touch is my gorgeous gorjana ring!

Si me han leído desde hace tiempo saben que los moños (en especial en las blusas) son mi crush en este momento. Esta camisa de rayas es la nueva adición a mi clóset y no pude esperar para combinarla con un look semi formal para ir a trabajar un día de la semana pasada: falda azul marino con talle alto, botas altas y un clásico cardigan blanco con negro. También llevo mi lindo bolsito de Elie Saab y el toque final es el bello anillo Gorjana que acaba de llegarme :)

Hola a todos! El día de Sn Valentín se aproxima así que decidí empezar a hacer algunas listas con ideas de regalitos para ayudarles a elegir el detalle perfecto. Sé que es una fecha un poco controversial, unos odian la fecha y otros la aman. How is your week so far my dearest? Mine´s been a total madness. Work, work, work...

I have been wearing checked pieces many times in the last days, I know!  I like this print :)

Today´s post is about my checked coat, I decided to paired it with jeans and a pop of red color with my shoes. Also I´m wearing my cute Kate Spade clutch from the last collection. Love this brand so much, they have many cute things that make me crazy :)

Como va su semana hasta ahora queridas? La mía es una locura, te tenido demasiado trabajo y cosas que hacer. He estado usando muchas piezas con estampado de cuadros últimamente, ya lo sé, es sólo que me gusta mucho este print :)

El post de hoy es acerca de mi abrigo a cuadros, es la pieza principal con la que empecé armando el look. Decidí combinarla con jeans y un toque de color en mis pies con mis tacones rojos. También llevo este bello clutch de Kate Spade de la colección pasada. Me gusta mucho esta marca y tiene lindísimas cosas que me vuelven loca :) jaja

I’m always wearing my black leather pants for easy dressing, but these cream faux leather pants are refreshing my today´s look :) I got them at Zara and it was a great purchase, these pants are so versatile! The look has a little masculine touch but I feel very feminine and chic wearing it.

I like the blend of textures and the way the garments fit on me. Do you like it?

Siempre estoy usando mis pantalones de cuero falso en color negro porque me es más fácil y rápido cuando me visto y pienso con qué combinarlo :p pero estos pantalones en color crema realmente refrescan mi look de hoy y todo mi armario. Los conseguí en Zara y son mi más reciente compra, son demasiado versátiles. El look de hoy tiene cierto toque masculino pero cuando lo llevé me sentía femenina y chic a la vez.

Amo la mezcla de texturas y me encanta como las prendas se ajustan a mí.

I told you guys that plaid is the pattern of this season, as you can see, there are a million of ways to incorporate the pattern into an outfit. 

Here, I'm wearing plaid pants that I found at Zara, I paired it with my white blouse with a black bow and also a green blazer.

Yesterday I had a really great time with my family, we take advantage of the long weekend and went to visit a beautiful place near the city. I will show you the incredible pics that we took soon!

Siempre les he dicho a todos que los cuadros son buena opción para esta temporada. Como pueden ver, hay millones de maneras de llevar este print e incorporar alguna pieza a cuadros en tu outfit.

Aquí llevo unos pantalones que encontré en Zara, los combiné con mi blusa blanca favorita con moño negro y un blazer en color verde.

Ayer tuve un fin de semana largo estupendo, aprovechamos el día no laboral y me fui con mi familia a un lugar cercano a conocer unos arcos y un pueblito cerca de la ciudad. 

Sacamos fotos muy lindas que espero pronto enseñárselas :)

Welcome to a new month! :)

OMG, last month was gone so fast! February will be amazing because in less than two weeks Guillermo and I will go  to New York Fashion Week and also we have a lot of collaborations and wonderful activities with the blog. I´m so happy! :)

 As you may know the weather in my city is crazy and it changes very fast, for that reason I can wear warm and fresh outfits in the same week.. I´m happy with that because I can wear many different options :) haha

Bienvenido a un nuevo mes!

El mes pasado se fue muy rápido, pero me llena de emoción entrar a febrero porque será un mes fantástico, en menos de dos semanas Guillermo y yo nos vamos a Nueva York para la semana de la moda y además en este mes tendremos muchas colaboraciones y emocionantes actividades con el blog. Estoy muy feliz :)

Como saben, el clima en la ciudad de México es muy loco y cambia muy rápido, así que por esa razón puedo usar outfts calientitos y otros más frescos en la misma semana, jaja no me quejo con eso, estoy feliz porque puedo usar muchas diferentes opciones. jaja
