During winter I love to wear oversize sweaters and comfy pieces with skinny garments, such as jeans or maybe vynil leggings. This sweater is from Zara and I really love the texture and colors that it has. Love the boho style and I think is perfect to wear for any day but specially for weekends .

Amo usar suéteres grandes y cómodas piezas en invierno especialmente cuando las combino con jeans, o pantalones de vinil. Este cómodo suéter, poncho o cardigan -como gusten llamarle- es de Zara y realmente me gustó mucho la textura y los colores que tiene. Amo el aire como boho y creo que es perfecto para llevarlo cualquier día pero en especial es perfecto para llevarlo en un fin de semana como hoy. ¿Les gusta?

No se si lo digo suficiente, gracias por estar atrás de la pantalla, gracias por el apoyo que todos los días me dan y por los lindos comentarios y correos que me dejan.

Same trench coat, three different outfits.

As I said before(here), the classic trench coat is a basic piece in any woman wardrobe.

 Trench coats are great when transitioning between seasons. In the spring, you can wear them with lightweight dresses; in late fall you can layer them with scarves and sweaters. Trench coats also provide an easy yet chic solution when you’re running late or don’t have time to coordinate a new outfit. Just grab a trench, throw on a pair of black pants and a white blouse, and go.

Definitely my trench coat is a basic on my wardrobe, it´s so versatile!

Como dije en un post previo (aquí) los trench coats clásicos son una pieza básica en el clóset de cualquier mujer. Estos abrigos son muy buena opción para la transición entre estaciones del año. En la primavera lo piedes llevar encima de vestidos ligeros y cuando llega el otoño o el invierno se ven increíbles con bufandas, sweateres y sombreros. Los trench coats también son una solución fácil y chic cuando vas corriendo tarde y no tienes mucho tiempo para pensar en nuevos outfits, jaja

Definitivamente mi trench coat sí es uno de mis básicos en el armario, es demasiádo versátil!

As I said before, (on this post) Pantone announced Marsala as the color choice of the year.

Believe me, you will see this color everywhere no matter if you are in summer or winter. To me, marsala color  is not new, three years ago this color was so in trend and fashionable but with other name, it was the famous "Burgundy" or "wine" ....I bought many things in this color! haha... the story repeat rewened ;)

Today I´m here again wearring this color on my coat, this time I chose to paired it with a denim shirt and black ripped jeans. Do you like my outfit?

Como les mencioné antes (en este post) el color "marsala" es el color it por excelencia para el 2015.

Créanme, lo verán por todas partes no importa si estan en primavera, verano, otoño o invierno.

Para mí este color no es nada nuevo, es el vino o borgoña reinventado que estuvo tan en tendencia hace tres años. Recuerdo muy bien que yo estaba loca por el borgoña y todo lo compraba en ese color :P jaja ...ayyy se repite la historia!

Bueno, pues aquí estoy de nuevo usando este color en mi abrigo, en esta ocasión lo llevo con mezclilla y pantalones rotos en color negro.

A bomber jacket is one of my favorite outerwear trends for fall/winter. It's cool and edgy, but still completely casual and relaxed. This black leather jacket could be worn a number of ways, but this time I chose to wear it  with gray midi skirt and black boots. An outfit like this one is quite possibly the easiest way to get dressed this season- perfect for work with style ;)

Una chaqueta "tipo bomber" ha sido en definitiva una de mis tendencias favoritas para este otoño/invierno -son perfectas para el clima en mi ciudad- son cool y hasta un poco edgy pero siguen siendo completamente casuales y relajadas. Esta chaqueta de cuero (falso) se puede combinar de mil maneras, ya la había sacado anteriormente combinada de manera diferente pero esta vez decidí llevarla con una falda midi en color gris y mis inseparables botas negras,

Un outfit como éste es posiblemente una de las formas más fáciles de verte con estilo en esta temporada, ideal en mi caso para ir a trabajar.

Pantone announce the color for spring-summer 2015, and it´s Marsala (like the red wine)!! hahaha I already have some pieces in this color, I love it!

Muchas ya sabrán que Pantone anunció que el color del año para esta primavera verano 2015 es el color Marsala. La verdad es que no veo mucho la diferencia entre el Marsala y el color borgoña que estuvo tan de moda hace tres años, pero no importa, a mí me gusta y ya tengo algunas nuevas piezas en este color. ¡Me encanta! :p

Today I’m keeping it casual in plaid. You know, this trend has rapidly become one of my faves because there are so many different kinds of plaid combinations out there in a variety of colors.

I´m wearing a black & white plaid blazer that combine with everything, you can rock them with jeans, dresses, midi skirts, etc. In this time I chose to paired it with a black skirt and tights for a casual work day. Also, I added a blue touch with the Kate Spade bag.

Hola muñecas. ¿Cómo están?

Hoy estoy con un look casual a cuadros. Ya saben, que desde que los cuadros aparecieron se volvieron de mis estampados favoritos porque hay muchos tipos de cuadros con miles de combinaciones y colores. ¡Este print es muy combinable!

Hoy llevo una chaqueta a cuadros en blanco y negro que justamente queda con todo y la he usado varias veces ya. Puedes llevarla por ejemplo con jeans, vestidos, faldas midi y hasta con shorts.
En esta ocasión yo decidí llevarlo con una falda negra y medias negras para un día de trabajo la semana pasada. También añadí a mi look un toque azul con mi bolso Kate Spade. ¿Qué opinan de mi look?

Les platico que hace algunos días me invitaron a hacer el "Reto Vivri" que consiste en 10 días contínuos de reemplazar dos comidas al día por Shake me y complementarlo con Power me y Cleanse me.

Como ustedes tal vez lo sepan, yo soy una amante del ejercicio, voy al gimnasio por lo menos tres veces a la semana y me alimento de manera saludable la mayor parte del tiempo. Así que con gusto acepté este reto ya que lejos de perjudicarme era una buena manera de darle a mi cuerpo la nutrición que le hace falta y la energía para ir al gimnasio. No he bajado de peso porque mi peso es el correcto y no quiero bajar más, pero a mí me ha ayudado a obtener la energía suficiente para ponerle más ganas a mi rutina en el gimnasio. Para las personas con peso alto este producto es totalmente recomendable ya que los ayudará a bajar de peso y mantenerse delgados de manera muy fácil y saludable.

Este fin de semana fuimos a Guadajalara al lanzamiento oficial de la marca. Además de conocer a los dos fundadores de la marca tuve la oportunidad de conocer de viva voz los beneficios de estos productos.

Justo hace algunas horas regresé del aeropuerto y quería mostrarles como siempre, mi experiencia en fotos.

A few days ago I was invited to do the "Vivri Challenge" this challenge consists to replace two meals with  two shakes daily and complement it with "Power Me" and  Cleanse Me" for 10 days.

As you know I love exercise, I go to the gym at least three times a week and I eat healthy most of the time, so for that reason I accepted this challenge. It is a good way to give energy to my body and also gives the nutrition that my body needs. I didn´t lost weight because I´m in my ideal weight but for people with overweight this product will help them to lose some pounds.

This weekend I went to Guadajalara for the official launching of the brand here in Mexico. We met the two founders of the brand and also we had the opportunity to know more about the benefits of these products.

Ahora mismo les estoy escribiendo desde mi cuarto de hotel en Guadalajara, Jalisco.

Estamos aquí porque hoy en la noche asistiremos al lanzamiento oficial de Vivri, que es una marca de productos para la salud y nutrición. ¿Ya han oído hablar de estos productos? En mis redes sociales yo los he mostrado alguna vez, pero mañana voy a hacer un post completo hablando de esto y además les mostraré algunas fotos de mi experiencia en este corto pero interesante viaje.

Mientras, les dejo el outfit que usé hace algunos días en la ciudad de México. Estoy usando un vestido gris con el detalle del cuello en blanco y mi trench coat de Massimo Dutti que rápido se ha convertido en una de mis piezas favoritas del momento.

7.- Classic black pants  On the weekend they’re rock ‘n’ roll cool and during the week they’re totally office-chic.  It´s so versatile!

8.- Black heels. Just like a LBD, black heels can be worn with anything to any event. It also doesn’t hurt to have a good pair of heels in your closet for emergency situations.

Hello everybody! How was your weekend?

I love mondays because a new week starts and it means new exciting things to do, new meetings, projects, new ideas to come and ...new attitude! :)

I wore this outfit some days ago for work. The green sweater is so comfy and perfect to paired with everything. For this ocassion I chose a black skirt and heels to paired with the skirt.

Amo los lunes porque una nueva semana inicia y eso significa nuevas cosas por hacer; nuevas juntas, nuevos proyectos que concretar y nuevas ideas... también nueva actitud!  :)

Usé este look hace algunos días para ir a trabajar. El suéter verde es muy calientito y cómodo, ideal para combinarlo con todo. En esta ocasión yo elegí una falda negra y tacones para llevarla.

So excited to share with you a different outfit post!!

It's bike riding time!  And the only thing better than a great day out riding a bike is looking super cute doing it! J

Of course I´m wearing a pair of sneakers because are perfect and comfy for the ocassion. The weather was a little bit crazy so I chose a trench coat –if the rain falls-and also I´m wearing a simple white tee paired with ripped jeans. The bag is from the new COACH spring - summer 2015 collection , it has neon color inside and is the perfect piece to add a different touch to the look. I love it!

When I have some free time I love to read books, right now I´m reading “Travesuras de la niña mala” by Mario Vargas Llosa. In love with the story, can´t wait to finish it!

Es tiempo de andar más en bicicleta y además hacer ejercicio! Y la única manera en que me gusta hacerlo es siempre viéndome muy bien para la ocasión J jaja

Obviamente estoy usando un par de tenis  porque son perfectos y cómodos para la ocasión.  El clima sigue un poco cambiante en la ciudad de México, así que elegí llevar mi trench coat por si el clima cambia y empieza a llover, también llevo una simple camiseta blanca debajo combinada con mis jeans rotos. El bolso es de la nueva colección primavera – verano 2015 de COACH,  tiene color neon por dentro, así que se me hace el toque perfecto para añadirle algo divertido y diferente a mi outfit.¡ Me encanta!

Una de mis pasiones siempre ha sido leer, me gusta la lectura de todo tipo pero en especial novelas de aventuras. Ahora mismo estoy leyendo “Travesuras de la niña mala” de Mario Vargas Llosa. Estoy enamorada de la historia, ya muero por terminarla.

Today I show you the first part of a list with the basic wardrobe essentials that  every woman needs in their closet.

Tu clóset ve tendencias que vienen y van, pero los básicos son para siempre. Estas piezas son la clave para nunca perder el estilo y tener ese estilo en la calle tan chic. Asegúrate entonces de invertir inteligentemente en las piezas correctas para tí. Serán una gran inversión para tu clóset y a la larga tu bolsillo te lo agradecerá.
Hoy les muestro la primera parte de la lista con los que son los básicos esenciales que toda mujer necesita en su clóset. Espero que les guste mi selección! :)

1.- (LBD) Little black dress. Every girl needs a black dress! Not only the color match with everything, it’s slimming and can be worn during any season. So when you find the perfect LBD…buy two! ;) haha

2.- Vestidito negro. Todas las mujeres necesitan uno! No sólo lo puedes combinar con todo, además es perfecto para cualquier estación del año. Por eso cuando encuentres el vestido negro perfecto... compra dos! jaja

2.- White tee.  It goes with everything and makes it all a lot better. You’ll wear yours under a blazer, tucked into a high-waist skirt or maybe with a leather jacket.

2.- Camiseta blanca. Queda con todo y lo hace lucir mejor. Puedes usar la camiseta debajo de un blazer, metida en una falda o con una chaqueta.

3.-Black blazer. A tailored blazer is classic, feminine and looks great on all body types. You can pair it with anything you want: jeans, little dresses, trousers, skirts. Make sure to find one that fits you well and accentuates your waist.
